    I think it would be pretty neat to live in a city that could rest on the surface and be submerged. It would take a lot of resources an ingenuity, and maybe twenty years or so into the future (that's a rough guess) and we could have floating hotels! Experience a new kind of luxury, come stay in Atlantis this summer! Yeah...I can see that...
