What evidence would work?

In essence the majority of the public [and science] is disinterested in UFO sightings [after initial credulous reactions] simply because most are explained by more mundane means.
please SHOW this to be true--simple, correct?

is dictated by logic, common sense reasoning, and the scientific method which entails those.
except according to logic, none can say that there is no conclusive evidence due to the scientific process, so now what?

again, the argument is simply " if the public is unsure of the reality, then the reality must not exist," and "that is not evidence because I(insignificant individuals of the public only) say it is not. "-- which is only, simply, based on "belief" and NOTHING MORE. :) (shakes head)

As of this date. we have no conclusive evidence, that the Earth has ever been visited, nor any direct evidence that life even exists elsewhere at any level.
Just a statement of ignorance .
Riv, I'm not sure you realize how damning such a response is.

If you know of any conclusive evidence, please feel free to put it out where we can all sheepishly bow in deference.
You put the onus on others to "go and search". Why? If you are to be believed, the best person to bring forth such evidence - is you.
So let's have it. This is your chance to show that you're not just trolling with content-free admonishments of what other people won't do to bring out the truth.

It'd be great if you did. You can bet your sweey bippy that half this board will light up with joy if you produce conclusive evidence. We really really want that.

But I'm going to bet myself 12 dollars and 53 cents that you do no such thing.

Yes, yes. You've spammed that null argument over ten times in the last three pages.

I'm more interested in your motives, you see.

Aside:
Holy geez. The signal-to-noise* ratio of this thread goes way up with just one touch of the Ignore button. I can actually find posts that are about the topic!
