Stretches, because being more flexible makes you more relaxed, and therefore faster. Then burpees, but it's almost useless to do only one excercise.I have a question for all the fit people here:

ONE exercise is nevertheless better than NO exercise.It is a stupid question though. Exercises are meant to be done in complex so that the body is proportionally and healthy exercised.
Swimming for it uses all of your body and gives an good workout for your heart. It doesn't put undo pressure on your joints and you'll never swaet.

Do you drink tap water, if so you're chlorinating your digestive system. Aren't you affraid that your guts will be eaten up by it?
I don't drink tap water...only in extreme cases
