I know many people who "fell in love" (first time had sex) eventually had kids and then cheated on their partner 15-20 years later. "Love" has a used by date because the hormone runs out after awhile.
Now relationship is something different. That's based on something more than just love/sex.
So have a bunch of sex now while you can and form a relationship at some point in the future. I'm older then you by enough years to know this is very good advice.
