She was gardening, a blood clot took her life. She was not in the hospital suffering from COVID, he said.

Covid complications so severe that she was gardening and then dies, presumably suddenly, at home.
Maybe not too strange considering the unpredictable nature of the disease. However, it is not would most would expect to read along side the reports of unvaccinated lingering for weeks in hospital while the disease takes over in stages.
While I understand the utility of turning this story in to an advertisement for the vaccines I dare say that it may not be the best subject for such a campaign. For one, it lacks the coveted designator of diverted medical resources to treat the unvaccinated. The second reason being that it is not clear that she was "suffering" from covid, as we do not have any evidence of a descent into sever illness. These are just notes for those inclined to continue the approach of using psychology to manipulate people into vaccination, which you will be reminded is the unscientific approach.

Suffering does not have to be severe, and people can carry on normal no problem

I query the ability to diagnose the blood clot as being caused by COVID-19

Fatty diet, smoking etc are well known causes. Perhaps COVID-19 in combination with other factors???

Anyway enough of this Machiavellian musing
