What kind of music are you guys listening to?

Right now i'm listening to a new compilation cd i got today.. it's called Death Valley and it's got emo/screamo/punk music..

it's got bands like Story Of The Year, The Used, Letter Kills, Rise Against, Something With Numbers, Brand New and Taking Back Sunday.

it's a great cd.. especially love the songs Crowner Of Kings by Something With Numbers, and She Says by Unwritten Law

Umm, I've been listening to more folk music recently like iron&wine and the fugitives...

But I also listen to tool, and death from above 1979, and the faint kick ass. oh, and Bright Eyes, that's good stuff as well.

But I've listened to a lot of different music. It was a bit of a quest for me for awhile... everything from Ravi Shankar to Miles Davis to Mr. Bungle to Dillinger Escape Plan to the Ventures to TV on the Radio to Radiohead to DJ Shadow and other stuff.
 
i am trying to listening to lost prophets, but i cant hear it properly because my kids have just broken up from school for 6 weeks and all i can hear is what they are going to be doing for 6 weeks.
