When formulating an insult, what are the criteria that must be adhered to in order to ensure that said insult is not against the rules (and hence is not punishable)?
It's always against the rules. Although moderators are as human as anyone, they have appeared to follow and have enforced this rule. With one exception.

Well that queston does give me a chuckle... hehe... but if all insults or thangs anyone perceived as bein an insult was deleted this woud be a perty dull groop an even you'r queston above woud not be tolerated.!!!
I supose you jus want mor fareness an less bias in the moderaton... an prolly the bes way to get that is to calmly state you'r case... if enuff others agree wit you then its likely to have a positive effect on the moderaton... if it dont... you can keep beatin a dead horse or move on.!!!
Do you have any beter suggestons... or is what i described above you'r plan.???
