Can we stop the leak completely?
What happened to the fishing industry there?
The people no need to eat fish?
It's more that when fish have ingested oil (directly or through the food chain)they are a hazard to eat. It's just that when fish are covered in oil, it tends to be a hazard to eat.

Yeah, and the oil won't hurt the fish, now will it..
Thanks BP for being cheapskates, for knowing that the valve was dysfunctional quite a while before the explosion of Deepwater Horizon, and for not having ever taken into consideration the possibility that it might be a good thing to repair it, even if it meant that a few bucks from your budget could not be invested in your big cars, and villas, thanks for never ever having thought about measures that you're supposed to take once a catastrophe like this happens..drill drill...baby, don't care about the rest...now do you?
Thanks for creating this black 'hole'. Thanks for willingly, and knowingly jeopardising nature, and the people who have built their existence on the fishing industry, and other things, etc.
Well, one positive thing: Now we can watch lamelliabrachia luymesi saying hello in even bigger numbers.
250,000,000? That's nothing compared to what they earn daily...93 million dollars daily..that's what they earn at minimum. And apparently the damages that the leak is causing daily lies around 17,5 million dollars...so yeah...250,000,000 is nothing compared to the damages BP has caused with its arrogant and selfish behaviour.
Yeah, I can see how they're handling it. They're so desperate that they've been asking for help from anyone who could come up with an idea. Just shows how much they ever thought about the consequences that things like these could have. They've got no clue. They should be sentenced as if it was for murder, and sea drilling should be made illegal. End of story.
No matter how much BP is fined or must pay out to help with the loss of work we the people wll ultimatly pay for it with higher gas prices. It is just a matter of time now before the prices go up, up and away.
Samething had happened in Alaska before?
The spill has already gone way beyond just affecting the Gulf area.
In just the last couple of days I've seen blackened, oil covered Canadian Geese at freshwater lakes all the way into Kansas.
What a disaster. You can't begin to put a dollar amount on this.

Anyway, apparently it will take around 3 months to close down the hole..well..if everything goes as planned...thus far every attempt to close it down has utterly failed. Imagine, how much oil will flow into the sea in 3 months..what was the daily rate again? 1000 barrels a day? Hmm..how trustworthy is this info anyway..surely just an other downplayed number.
