thanks for your concern, i got extra last time because i had to go extra time.
i got a cold infection on top of a bacterial sinus infection
after i had almost finished the coarse, which set me back to nearly he beginning, the doctor gave me extra as i asked.
my GP knows me well & for many years & trusts me with meds no problem.
i ask if i dont know & follow advice & do my own reading where i dont know things and should know.
so i got almost a week extra just i case on top of 1.5 times the average duration.
i share facilities with someone who is really poor at hand washing and only showers about once every 2 or 3 days and sticks their finger in their mouth like thumb sucking & touches things.
i also work with a wide range of people(door handles keyboards elevator buttons etc etc), some of which are very anti hygiene & do some very disgusting habits.
so i am needing to be constantly aware.
i appreciate your advice

i watched a person standing in a shared business facility kitchen lunch room
using a microwave heating their lunch, picking their nose then touching the microwave
their employment may become unstable
i am unsure
i am more inclined to seek them to change their personal habits
they maybe resistant
a word in the right ear is likely to result in them being short listed for being asked to leave.
so i am mindful of potentially destroying someones career.
i have a very low tolerance for such poor personal hygiene
their skill set is in high demand and they socially fit very well
so it will be a hard exit in that case if it is an exit or pushed
depending on who i talk to.
softly back channel approach is my 1st option which has already happened & they are not the only one who has performed such an act breaching health & safety regulations.
i know there would be 1 or 2 people who might jump at the chance of seeing them forced out
so i must be mindful of that.
rare are things so black or white
lucky for them i am not a power tripper type of personality or racist, like so many other people are

I'm going to take a wild guess he was a Christian of some flavour
And speculate if he was another religion which believes in afterlife he would be preaching about meeting THAT religion's god

True... but it was interesting that after his brush with death he felt that he had to resign as a qualified minister of the church that he was involved in and he became a Professor of English so that he would be free to research that type of information with more freedom.

Dr. Michael Sabom is a cardiologist whose book entitled Light and Death includes a detailed medical and scientific analysis of an amazing near-death experience (NDE) of a woman named Pam Reynolds (1956--2010). In 1991, at the age of 35, Reynolds underwent a rare operation to remove a giant basilar artery aneurysm in her brain that threatened her life. The size and location of the aneurysm, however, precluded its safe removal using the standard neuro-surgical techniques. She was referred to a neurosurgeon, Dr. Robert F. Spetzler, of the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, who had pioneered a daring surgical procedure known as deep hypothermic cardiac arrest. It allowed Pam's aneurysm to be excised with a reasonable chance of success. This operation, nicknamed "standstill" by the doctors who perform it, required that Pam's body temperature be lowered to 60 degrees, her heartbeat and breathing stopped, her brain waves flattened, and the blood drained from her head. In everyday terms, she was put to death. After removing the aneurysm, she was restored to life. During the time that Pam was in standstill, she experienced an NDE. Her remarkably detailed veridical (i.e., verified) out-of-body observations during her surgery were later verified to be true. Her case is considered to be one of the strongest cases of veridical evidence in NDE research because of her ability to describe the unique surgical instruments, the surgical procedures used on her, and her ability to describe in detail these events while she was clinically brain dead. Pam Reynolds Lowery ultimately died from heart failure, on Saturday May 22, 2010, at the age 53.

Not at all. I have had the job doing the work I love to do, and I always have felt I have been paid to have fun. I feel free to do what I want to do and to have what I want to have, and still am happy without the things I do not have. To me this life is enough, I'm happy and satisfied to have lived this life, no need to wish something else.
Same as stars die, birds die, plants die, this experience called life someday will have an end for me, I was not the happiest man in the world, but when I use the scale I think it was not "that bad" and I did my part, serving others with my work, bringing new "mini-mees" to the world, and today you have me here visiting and bothering you with my postings.
And if there is a purpose in life and I missed it, so be it, no one will take from me what I have danced.

A Dr. Masaru Emoto did some unusual research on blasting water with words and he got some really unusual results with the words "love" and "gratefulness."
I regard my job as a janitor as kind of perfect for me because it gives me an eight hour work out five days per week that I need......
and since I rarely ever bother going to a gym to work out.....
my being paid to work out is kind of perfect for me........
My freedom to do a lot of online posting in my free time seems like a great privilege to me....
I feel that my life is blessed far, far, far, far beyond most of the extreme wealthy or even the monarchs of two, three, five or ten centuries in the past.
Life in Canada in 2021 is amazingly good, for myself anyway!

For me the question should be "Why would one expect "life" to have some inherent meaning anymore than we would expect a rock to have meaning?" but that doesn't exactly flow from the tongue so well does it?
Our life should have plenty of meaning to us. It is what you make it of it.
I'll ask another question..."Why do we sometimes ask questions when we don't really want to hear the answers?"
For instance, everyone seems to have real heartfelt concern for the homeless and yet the more concern a particular community seems to have ... the more homelessness they have. That's because, IMO, the more concerned people are about homelessness, the less they are willing to do something about it.
The answer isn't to try to build free housing for everyone. The answer is to bring back "mental hospitals" or lets call it "mental health facilities" and "drug addiction clinics". That's what has to be addressed to combat homelessness. Without those there is little actual homelessness.
Instead we enact laws where the police can't do anything about it because there are no more loitering laws. People can camp out in the middle of a park or in the middle of the downtown area and no one seemingly can do anything about it.
The reality is that you have to be able to remove vagrants from parks, downtown areas and residential communities for the safety of everyone. You have to be able to confine the mentally ill and the drug addicted or at least those that resort to crime, petty or otherwise.
No one who cares about the homeless problem seems to want to face that reality and therefore the problem goes on.
It's the same with inner city crime. We talk about BLM, and welfare and various social programs but the quicker solution would be to break up the inner cities so that law enforcement can make those areas safe for the majorities who live there and who do no wrong.
You could then bring back the grocery stores and retail employment that exists in other communities. You solve these problems by bringing everyone into mainstream society. You don't do it with policies that just result in more of the same for generation after generation.
People don't really want change they just want to talk about it.

Why is LIFE ie any PROCESS we classify as LIFE is present
This is a subset of Why is there something instead of nothing?
The difference between LIFE and A life ie the period between being born and dying is A life for sentient entity can be imbued with a meaning (which does NOT translate to giving a meaning to all LIFE forms)
LIFE came to be. After that should be a massive unmovable stone which even god cannot lift. Sure ask questions how LIFE arose? and perhaps we will duplicate a method and produce a life form
No particular reason why a lot of smart people cannot perform the task
