As I have pointed out before, if anybody wants to look up the details my name and number is in the local BT Telephone Directory.

Action would usually ensue against, a proprietor of a site, not some poor creep worth nothing more than the annoyance.
That is why companies such as eBay and Yahoo employ officers especially to deal with copyright complaints.
