Since most of the literature is out of the US,what you are saying is, your own psychiatrists don't know shit. And of course the drug industry must be supported, its way too much to expect Americans to invest their time and emotions in people.

Liberal psychobabble, the same people who protect who have pushed the release of mentally unstable people from hospitalization, because they have the right to decide their own treatment and if they will take the medication that is needed to stabilize their mental problems.
The other problem is that the report is made with out the ability to identify all of the mentally unstable persons in these nations used in the studies, they don't have the reporting system to do so, and they don't have the facilities to screen the people, so as I have stated this report is Bull Shit.
Apples and oranges?
You see a remission with one treatment that you don't with another.
Asked whether he would agree that schizophrenia patients might be better off in Nigeria than in New York, Darrel Regier, director of research at the American Psychiatric Association, was blunt: "God, no!"

Yes, it looks like a good program, but with only a 68 case history study behind it, I would not declare it the the magic bullet for all, a few more studies like maybe a couple thousand, and then you have something,
But what you imply is that you are better off in India if you have a mental health problem, well tell me were you are better off in a country with 69 beds for 100,000 people or a country with 3 bed for 100,000 people? and I have a idea that there is a move on to implement this in our Psychiatric Hospitals, and it should see wide usage, but again were would you want to be with mental problems, India, or the U.S, which has more care capacity? public programs to get you into treatment, India or the U.S. and as stated by Darrel Regier, and it most likly would have been the same for India.

The U.S. 69 bed per 100,000 people, India 3 bed per 100,000 people, Nigeria even less than India, those are the facts, and supported by your posts.
There are a lot more older civilizations, and a lot more other countries, than America who historically are unwilling and incapable of looking after their own -- to the same degree that America has been able to look after its own -- in a much briefer period of time than has been available to y'all.nothing to do with rate of remission.
There are a lot more old people's homes in the US too, but that only means that Americans are unwilling to look after their parents, not that they are taken better care of.
Getting fat and stupid is not a national goal in many countries. There are a lot more older civilizations, and a lot more other countries, than America who historically are unwilling and incapable of looking after their own -- to the same degree that America has been able to look after its own -- in a much briefer period of time than has been available to y'all.
Sorry if America doesn't meet your demonstrated need for proper instruction.
Not our problem.

there is a tremendous amount of stuff coming here from china, it's safe to assume a lot of it is reshipped elsewhere.Poor quality has become the norm, from the President to the cheap products flooding the market.
what is it that most people aren't getting? Most people just don't get it.
