Does mind control exist?

I don't mean to say that mind control is evil, even though it was used by Satan on Eve in the bible as sort of a first instance. It's not. It's just a tool people can use on themselves or others for either good or bad - right or wrong reasons. Can you use it on yourself? Sure, you do it all the time. Anytime you use a mind to control a behavior that's mind control whether it's one mind or many.

Don't confuse it with social power, where people are compelled to behave in some way regardless of what they think. Mind control is not the only thing that controls behavior, and too many times people don't clearly see the difference, and make less informed or wrong choices as a result.

Satan and Eve never met in the Bible. There was a snake but he just told Eve to use her head and even God admitted that that was a good thing.
 
In the past, the only form of mind control was propoganda.

But now, they have the ability to put nanobots in our food supply. Who knows what other nefarious stuff they can do.

Nanobots don't exist yet. Get a grip and try to be more aware of the differences between real life, conspiracy theories and crap video games.

Nah. Two reasons:

1) statistics. Hardly any people think it exists - and many of them are visiting psychiatrists and
2)Ockham's Razor

"crowd control"
"group consensus"
"lynch mob"
"mob justice"
"community morality"
"family values"

there are many forms
some not soo apparent as others.

imagine the cost of nannobots in food.
no one would be able to afford to buy the food.

is propoganda mind control ?

thats a bit of a scientific debate

mind control via group pressure to conform has been used by cultures & religions for thousands of years.
it still exists today in every country in the world.
there is an aspect of culture that is a control force on peoples ability to determine free will.
 
Mind control has been going on for centries .

The difference in this century is that it much more sophisticated .
 
I recall reading about mind control via radio or microwave transmissions that allegedly can transmit a persons voice into someones head. Sounds crazy. Who would do that? Imagine the expense of operating a mind control army transmitting commands into peoples heads all day. Imagine the expense of concealing this secret army. If we could transmit audio or video directly into peoples minds why would we need cellphones or televisions? The communication industry would be radically different.
