I hate everything it stands for and everyone involved in it . I use to respect religion and wasn't a racist either , buy now I just hate everyone and wish everyone was dead.
Well done to the idiots who have created me , I won't stop hating now , ever . Expect me to lose control big time and serious flip on you in the street.
Just to add , I can't sleep because presently I want to murder almost everyone in my street .

Hate is a self administered toxin.
Happily you can control it...but you need to make the effort.
It all starts by taking personal responsibility for the Universe that you find yourself in...much of it develops in accordance with your thoughts.
So think good thoughts and try to see, that, although perhaps in the minority, there are many good things.
First you are alive and being born a human is a wonderful thing as our lives are much better than most species. Second... you are alive at a wonderful time where knowledge is readily available, wonderful goods are available and lots of good stuff really..that is a wonderful thing.
Third you have the ability to chose to be happy or not so remember such when you next serve yourself a dose of the toxin that is hate.
Don't hate the rats ..they deserve your pity being born a rat.
And remember..things just are...it is you that qualify them as good or bad...so many things don't need any qualification so perhaps be very sparing in your judgement as often the very act of judgement will cause unhappyness...
Science does not need to be good or bad...it just is...so enjoy all the benefits it brings to you and know that it is a process that keeps getting better and sure change may be needed but you must know that change for the better is happening every single moment of every single day.
And when you know how miserable one can feel perhaps look upon others with compassion and offer some act of kindness as you wish to receive from others. You will make a difference.
When you are cheerful, happy and enthusiastic you become someone everyone wants to be near because they will see the strength of your happiness and the benefit of your peace and armed this way you can slowly but surely change things for the better.
Do as much good as you can before you die and know that you counted for something.
Perhaps take time to deliver to yourself some positive self talk that reminds you of the good fortune to be human and that you know how to change both yourself and others.
Make a list of the things that you like and the things that you wish for in the future...keep the list and surprise yourself in later years with the realisation that you are delivered those things you think about...that is why you must abandon hate as it is the worst toxin of all.
