The concept is pretty simple.
You name the subject and then give your personal top-ten list for that subject.
I’ll start with: Favorite Movies:

My top ten favorite movies* in no particular order:

1. Dal rice - I can eat this every day [really!]
2. Fish curry, Malvani style
3. Prawn pilaf
4. Raw green mangoes with salt and chillies
5. Ice cold lassi
6. Buttermilk
7. Hot fresh chapati lathered with butter and sprinkled with sugar [sinful]
8. Black forest cake

10. Malpuas [deep fried egg and milk pastry stuffed with clotted cream]
