The Picture Thread Mark III

Okay, some pictures:

In order, we have:
Bark, from some tree in Somerset; Close-up of dew on a leaf; A bee.
Some of the better pictures I took this summer, though not particularly deep, I'm afraid.
More pictures to come, but I wasn't aware there was a limit to how many pictures you could post simultaneously.
 
No, really, you can only post three pictures per post - try posting more.
Anyway, here we have:

A grasshopper that was kind enough to pose for me - it's not easy to get pictures without disturbing them. And some kind of nut from a different tree in Somerset - anyone know what it is?
 
She eats children and has fangs as long as your arm.
Besides she probably has fleas.
 
I was looking around my picture archives. Here are a few. I think the second one is kinda cool.

I find that fascinating coming from the woman who put up so many posed pictures of herself and rarely types more than one line posts.
